LZM说，当用来修饰名词时，用aim at doing sth，当做动词时，用aim to do sth。
觉得有点套不准。

用平行结构排除其他的，
不知道你选哪个？
尽量避免用习惯搭配作选择，
另外，我认为，你上面列的用法也是正确的。

（2）当人作主语时： sb. aimed to do sth.

aimed at doing sth 只能作定语，明确修饰前面的名词，
而with the aim to do sth,作定语或作全句状语的作用模糊，不明确，所以不中选。
虽然这两项都满足了结构的平行。

这两题第一个“new rules that aim ...”，第二个“a policy aimed ...”，想
象。如果用第二题的思路，第一题为什么不能用aim at? 还是说，第一题两个用法
都可以，只是因为D，E有其它错误？

i think "aim to do "and "aim at doing" both are correct,
in these questions, "aim" is a verb
while, when "aim" is a n. the correct structure is " the aim of doing" not "the aim to do ".

the first question, D is wrong because of the usage of "so as to" ,
its meaning is unclear.
E should be the first to reject.

查了下书，aim to do 和aim at doing都可以，解释为“打算做某事”，而且都是做动词用！

一个极大的疑问,好象一直没有高手系统地说明一下:

aim at doing; be aimed at doing肯定都是正确的,

但是aimed at doing是否是正确的呢?

我认为没有be动词的aimed at仅仅只是修饰成分而已,或者只是aim at的过去时态.

另外是否人做主语只能用aim at doing; 而物做主语(如:plan,act,policy),就既可以用aim at doing,也可以用be aimed at doing.

实在不明啊,请NN指教.

几年了都没看见有人对这个知识点进行系统总结

1.是否人做主语只能用aim at doing; 而物做主语(如:plan,act,policy),就既可以用aim at doing,也可以用be aimed at doing.

2.前面有人说:be aimed at doing 可以省略掉be,我对此深表怀疑:

a.如果是修饰部分,例如:has followed a policy aimed at decreasing... OK没问题

b.如果是主句部分,例如:This plan is aimed at saving animals in the rain forests... be还可以省略???!!!

实在不明啊,请NN为我们系统总结一下.

求证中...
