答案选D吧

考点3说的是选项A，affecting被怀疑做伴随状语且有可能是修饰了逗号前的整句话或者说是主句系动词，这是不对的

其他比如：She stared at him, crying. crying作为伴随状语修饰的是主句动词性谓语stare; She is blind, crying这句话就不对。
