标题: 本月高频，求点思路
Now is the perfect time to buy a house in our city. Over the past five years, average home prices in our region have nearly doubled. But average stock prices in the national stock market have actually declined over the same period. So homeowners have seen an increase in value for their housing investment during the last five years that far exceeds what they could have made by investing in the stock market. Our city’s resident can surely achieve a similar profit over the next five years. Furthermore, if residents invest in a home, they can enjoy the use of the home while its value increases, whereas money invested in stocks would not contribute to their quality of life in the same way that owning a home would. Therefore, all the residents of our city should invest their money in a home.

现在是买进的最佳时机在我市一所房子。在过去的五年里，在我们地区的平均房屋价格几乎翻了一番。但是在国家队股市平均股价实际上较上年同期下降。因此，房主已经看到在过去五年，远远超过了他们可以通过在股票市场的投资在为他们作出了住房投资价值的增加。我们的城市的居民一定能够实现在未来五年内有类似的利润。此外，如果居民家庭投资，他们可以享受家庭使用，而其值增加，而投资于股票的资金将无助于相同的方式，拥有一个家将他们的生活质量。因此，所有我们的城市的居民应该投资在一个家庭的钱。

凭什么说投资于股票就不能提高生活质量
股票的上年同期价格并不能表示一个整体的趋势
这个可以不？

我觉得文中说投资房子比股票更能提高生活质量还是有点道理呢.

the general average stock price declined in the past year can not represente all stock price declinded, so the author can not assumes that residents invest money in stock market will not be profitable.
