答案是B。没问题。

我想请问的是这里的"the right to 10 participate in the selection of leaders"是什么意思啊？我不太明白the right to 10是什么意思？

我觉得这个10可能是多打的，否则正常participate应该是名词，但这样感觉要加s. 所以我还是觉得participate作动词解可能更通些，可10修饰一个动词，实在想不通。看看其他人还有什么高见。

agree with Jnlve, 10 should be ignored. It must be "the right to participate in the selection of leaders"
