4 BD之间，欧喜欢D。因为：是educators are at fault，而不是整个句子（即：整件事情）are at fault。

to put it simply, "possibility to have" is unidiomatic. We may need to use possiblity of doing in such situation.

impact作动词的时候是及物动词，意思是“冲撞”，只有做名词的时候接on,所以C不对

我觉的3题C更好一些.
impact (on) sth 可以表示对....有影响
E选项中我觉的做谓语的impact 和 diminish 应该平行才对,
这题答案是那个呀?

4题同一siebel.
c 选项用定语从句对educators 做限定, 改变了愿意
