就是说要证明using Yeasts和introduction of a wheat variety之间有联系

文章说the introduction of a wheat variety ...its edible kernel could be removed from the husk without first toasting the grain,这个的特点就是不用加热烘烤

C说Heating a wheat kernel destroys its gluten, a protein that must be present in order for yeast to leaven bread dough. 如果加热就会影响yeast的作用,所以选这个选项
