A说要区分harm是故意的还是无意的需要listeners有相对成熟的对人类心理的感觉。。而孩童没有这种感觉，就分辨不出来，可能是由于年纪小的缘故吧 原文的结论是说孩童不认为人故意与否当做惩罚的标准
