大牛否给解释一下，为什么have increased 的时间要比falling还要晚啊？falling 不是表示的现在时吗？

over the last two years 表示过去两年一直持续到去年底为止的动作,在前一句的之前完成, 要用完成时，因为在after后，则跟动名词的完成式, 即having fallen. after+ 动名词=after having done ，falling 是动名词而非现在分词, 没有"一直进行"的意思.

over the last two years 表示过去两年一直持续到去年底为止的动作,在前一句的之前完成, 要用完成时，因为在after后，则跟动名词的完成式, 即having fallen. after+ 动名词=after having done ，falling 是动名词而非现在分词, 没有"一直进行"的意思.

after本身就表示后面的动作发生在前面动作之前，所以after having done=after having.我记得高中英语老师这样说过，我本来也觉得C有时态上的错误，但是看了前面那位筒子的解释，觉得选C挺有道理的。

但是我弄不清楚对于DE的with结构，OG上为什么会这样解释呢？It is not clear what connection is being described by with; the prepositional phrase makes the sentence wordy and unclear.我看不出with结构有什么不清晰啊。
请教一下各位。
