句子结构：Three out of every four… owners… own a bicycle.

A．正确。

B．One of every four, three不符合固定搭配；owns与复数主语owners不一致

C．Bicycles are owned by被动语态不简洁；这个逻辑也错误，意思是每个人都有bicycles

D．Owns错误

E．Are also owned by 被动语态笨拙

其他的都明白，就是在A选项中Three out of every four 中的every，后面谓语是不是要用单数呢？？？

three out of every four表示的是每四个人中有三个人，是一个复数的概念呀，谓语当然要用复数了。就如20 percent of+复数名词，后面谓语一样是用复数的，因为主语表达的是复数概念。
