E的意思就是强调，说antibiotic对治病是有效的，我感觉这有点像找assumption，其实assumption也是Support的一种嘛...

假设新药病人又好像盘尼西林那样缩短服药期，比如吃了1天就停吃了...也不成呀。所以新药得吃三天才和老药可比。
