D中的which指代不清的，指代equipment and land还是declining values? the collateral就是指代farm equipment and land，农民在收获的季节用来抵押使用的，可以是农用设备和农田吧。which就是农民借的东西，具体什么不知道，farm equipment and land是用来抵押这些借来的东西的。作者: sunshengkun666 时间: 2010-10-1 17:47

但做题的时候，觉得选E的话，就是一个同位语了，collateral 和 value 是不同的东西，所以逻辑错了。
