理一下题目的推理路线:

供求关系是适用的.

全球对谷物需求升高导致它市场价格升高.养殖牲畜的人要用谷物来喂养,这一行利润本来就很薄,喂养成本上升后造成日子更加难过,于是有一部分想要退出了.那么供应减少后,物以稀为贵,肉价接下来该涨了.但是观察家的预测是,短期内肉价会跌一跌.为嘛呢.所以要找和肉有关的,corn的那个已经没关系了.B说,那些打算推出行业的人,准备提前把肉们拉出来卖.那短期内供应不是增多了么,所以肉价暂时下调.这个解释是合理的.
