V1.国家该不该有机密信息
V2.For the sake of national security, the governments should have the access to the library checkout records and Internet activity history of their citizens.
为了保护国家安全，政府可以对任何想保密的消息进行保密。
(考古)To preserve national security, the governments should be authorized to keep secret the information as they wish.
V3.To preserve national security, governments should keep secret all the information.
In the interest of nation security, the government should have access to the citizens' library records and internet activity history

1。军事机密要保护。比如战争中。像珍珠港战争就是因为军事秘密的泄露导致美国惨败
2。商业机密要保密。这要有利于企业的生存和竞争
3。然而有些人认为现在随着全球经济的加强，政府应该更加透明化。然而，你听到的很多的消息不一定是真实的。因为现在每个国家还是有一定的自私的特征，不可能把什么都告诉别人，还是应该有保密的信息
所以国家应该有机密信息~
