是的，你说的很对，driving（that） they do ，省略了that 在这里引导宾语从句，我们知道宾语从句的that一般可以省略， or这个连词前后成分要平行对称，前面是have significantly reduced，后面是（have） madefuel efficiency a priority，都是动词的完成时态 GMAT没有所谓的省略规则吧，这个题的考点是1）indicate that 2）平行对称
