as the OA, i think the answear should be "C"

though B demostrated a incidence what if there were some spill on the oven, it doesn't sepcificly point out it's not safe. i think if the oven is equiped with some waterproof meterial, apparently, this is not a problem.

有个案表明微波炉有危险并不能论证微波炉只有在Completely safe的条件下才能被接受。这里COMPLETELY是关键。
可以举个例子，如果你要证明汽车应该被禁止，除非汽车完全安全。举例说有人发生了车祸并不能支持你的观点。因为有人发生车祸并不是“完全”禁止汽车的理由，因为我们并不接受“车祸必须将为完全不能发生”这个前提假设，我们接受少量的车祸，因为完全不发生车祸需要极高的成本才能达到。
同样的，如果你要论证微波炉必须被证实完全安全才能接受为家用电器，那么“接受微波炉作为家用电器的标准是完全安全”这个假设必须为真，你要STRENGTHEN这个论证，就必须要提供支持这个假设的东西。

前提：微波炉有危险
结论：应该被禁止作为标准器具
前提和结论之间需要架桥，才能保证推理的完整性。也就是有危险就不能作为标准器具，这样推理完整。
