这题E中farmers前面是不是少了逗号，不然，怎么读都不对呀，怎么会前面有will try to....，后面又跟will be allowed...，不是两个谓语吗？

红色是并列,蓝色是grain的定语吧

farmers allowed to grow 是定语从句修饰 grain 的。
