这样明显是不平行的。。

没有and 确实错了 但如果有and 的话感觉是完美的，而不是楼上所说的四个平行了，即： Recently implemented “shift-work equations” based on studies of the human sleep cycle have reduced sickness, sleeping on the job, and fatigue among shift workers, and have raised production efficiency in various industries.
是 .... have reduced A, B, and C, and have raised....
