第一道题，report增加了但是实际的故障并没有增加那么多，说明只是由于上报的标准更严格了而已

说明这些喂给动物的粮食比重很大，动物饲料这个function必须考虑在里面
E取非的话，被动物吃掉的粮食，不能够喂很多人，就说明饲料因素不占很大比重，可以不考虑

食物短缺原因：资源有限+人口增长。这种观点不对，因为大部分土地资源用来种饲料。廉价的草要21吨才能换1吨肉。因此，食物短缺还有别的原因，即喂动物。
问假设

E. Growing crops for human consumption on the acreage currently devoted to crops for livestock will yield more food for more people.
现在用来种饲料的土地，如果用来种粮食，给人类提供更多的食物

就是说，如果不种饲料，只种粮食，人类的食物很充足，根本不会出现资源短缺！
问题时，一部分土地用来种饲料了，粮食就不够了，资源就短缺了。说明动物必须是资源短缺的原因之一。
