句子结构是；Corporations will soon be required to report to the government .... 看之后的两个部分，一个是the reserves to pay the pension benefits, 一个是 information published in annual reports 先假设是平行结构，用and 前后并列，因此原句结构变成Corporations will be required to ... and ....
(A) earned by their employees and that the information be published A中并列的双方是report to the government whether they have the necessary reserves to pay the pension benefits earned by their employees 和tha the information be published。不平行，排除
(B) that their employees earned and that the information be published 除了A的问题外，that their employees earned 不如by their employee简洁
