就是说医生可以大大降低不必要的手术而且不会降低做必要的那些手术

因为像B所说的，那些误诊都是吧没有变成有，不会把有变成没有。所以不会做少手术！

恩~明白了~
但是题目中的逻辑推导是怎么样的呢？感觉还是糊糊的~关误诊的什么事？
能不能这样想：那些误诊的都是没有阑尾炎的人，所以就算医生对他们做手术，也不会对他们身体有什么伤害？

把没有的误诊为有的，对他们做了手术，这个手术就是不必要的啊~~

我觉得是，有了这个，医生大大避免了不必要的割除，！但是！必要的割除也比以前少了。。。。。。

所以应该选解释为什么必要的手术比以前少了。。。。B正好提供了解释，因为有这个test得出的误诊都是那些本身有病，但是却被诊断成没病的案例！（换句话说就是解释了现在必要的手术反而减少了，因为这样的误诊多了嘛）

我觉得我关键没有读懂题目的意思~
每次遇到without这个词，翻译老出问题了！

楼上的解释感觉有点问题啊，B选项的意思是：误诊是把没有病的当成有病的
这样就使有必要做手术的都没漏掉

否则如果把有病的当成没病的，那么有必要做手术的人就减少了，不符合原文的without fewer。

我也觉得楼上的解释有点怪怪的，问题其实是要解释为什么必要的手术没有减少，那是因为这些误诊是将没病的诊断成有病的，（也就是说不是将有病的诊断成没病的），所以必要的手术不会减少。。我是这么理解的。。
