要反对上面这个:
现任的物价涨幅小,上任的物价涨幅大.
1。the state’s budget 这里指 state spending
2。为证明V 的austere budgets caused the slowdown in the growth in state spending，原文比较了V和前政府的budget增长。前者是6%,后者是11.5%。A说前者的通货膨胀是3%，后者为10%。扣除通货膨胀，前者budget增长为3%，后者为1.5%。即前者的实际budget增长大。V实际加速了growth in state spending。所以WEAKEN结论。
