唔。我觉得还是不能并列的
你注意看原句是用的2个toward 说明是enhance和prepare并列哇
再说我觉得提高准备。。。逻辑意思不太对
而且我刚才查了下 gear to 这个to应该是介词不能当做不定式来看的
貌似gear toward是固定搭配？？我不太记得了小破你可以查查
