另外，还有一个点，OG说 little water 和 fewer services 之间应该用and 而非or的原因是 Logically, the areas described would suffer from both little water and few services at the same time, so the correct conjunction is and.
我怎么就觉得little water 和fewer services因为都是否定（因为都没有），应该是or连接？不知道我表达清楚没有，就是既没有A也没有B，所以用or啊。举个有点像的例子(OG 12 No. 17)：

———————————————————————————— or 我觉得是因为 句子中出现了 can not 但是 there are few services and little available water 是个肯定句，所以用了and
如果 你把这句话 硬是用上 or，我觉得是 there aren't services or available water
