这个题目和名词的泛指和特指没有任何关系，关键是in which 和where

I think:

1) In which > where > inside: A is better than B

2) specific, not generic, reference, Not C and D,

3) product … box, So not D and E

In which to do sth is OK.

a replacement for--should be followed by singular noun.
