Which do you find more compelling:the complaint about products that do not last or the response to it?
我的想法: 1. Different ranges of products vary in their functions and utilities, hence the requirements of durability vary. --e.g.s 2. Both argument did not categorize products, but generally discuss whether they last. 3. The value associated with some certain products may not lie in its durability, such as…, hence not all products need to last long, they are not meant to. The manufacturing then focus on satisfying the specific customer needs and competitive costing instead of overly concern on the durability. These ranges of products do function as the counter-argument. 4. However, not all products are of such nature. Bla bla bla Concl: we need to differentiate and categorize.
