A项我整明白了，是对的。因为the same....as....结构as后可以接定语从句或是名词
但不明白D为什么错了。解释说those 不能代 an civilization, 但人明明代的是后面两者(Nile Delta and the river valleys )的civilizations. 而且有did, 则后面接的定语从句，怎么就awkward了呢，唉，碰上不好解释的OG是不是都用awkward啊。 为什么错了呢？
