integrative leadership is not widely considered a primary domain of leadership. the nature of integrative leadership does not fall into either trait or process approach. rather, it somewhat lives on the idea of CAS (complex adaptive systems), which is the core construct of complexity leadership. i know minnesota has a center of integrative leadership. but terms such as integrative leadership, innovative leadership, and agricultural leadership are not quid pro quo domains differentiated with major leadership domains resulting unique patterns of behavioral/attitudinal outcomes.
complexity leadership is one of the most promising fields in leadership research in the next decade. if you are in favor of the core concept of integrative approach, i would suggest you read more about complexity stuff.作者: judydongxueni 时间: 2010-9-20 06:58
