因为这句wild animals have less total fat than that of livestock fed on grain 比较的是wild animals和total fat of livestock。比较非常的不平行。 而这句Rice has protein of higher quality than that in wheat 比较的是protein和protein in wheat. 两个虽然都是后面that of ~~~结构和前面名词的比较，前一个是主语和后面that of ~~~结构的比较，而后一个是宾语和that of~~~结构的比较。
