E答案为何有问题?
A答案正确,但是文中的four times 只是对siblings,也可以说明是hereditary factors吗？

文中一直在比较可能性，E来了个绝对数。
A是比较，比较sibling和spouse，sibling比 spouse更容易染病，那就是相对地更加hereditary
