答案是C.我做的时候选的是A后来查了相关的帖子也没得到一个很好的答案。所以再次翻出来讨论讨论
我的看法：
这里A错误是不是因为more在这里修饰的是主语。而如果要比较主语，那么正确的语序应该是more Icelanders than the people of any other nation published by publish books。所以A错？

more应该修饰book

同位语，SVO，同位语出现后，要立刻出现同位语所修饰的词。

An exceptionally literate people修饰Icelanders，所以出现完An exceptionally literate people后，要立刻出现它所修饰的词

请教一个问题 C中的do为什么不在the people of any other nation后面啊？不是宾语比较吗？
