对C,D中的along with 不解。

我觉得along with破坏了整句a lowing of..., a rally in..., and a weakening of...的完整平行结构。OG 的意思是along with rates会误把rates提升到了和这三个东西并列的级别，不仅改变句意而且还破坏了平行。
