同样GWD22 给的答案是E  GOOGLE里又有人说是D.。。
我选的D  economical是经济的，节约的意思啊。。怎么会选E呢。。。

哎呀，GWD1-Q20这题和我刚刚问的那题是一样的诶，就是划线部分不一样。刚才自己对这题还很有疑惑，现在看了一下你的，我发现我看懂了。
根据这题在OG里的答案，你这题应该选c。
我是这要理解的，这整个句子的主语是the army of terra-cotta warriors ，created是状语，表状态，不是动词，而真正的动词是is，那么句子的主干就是the army of terra-cotta warriors  is took 700,000 artisans more than 36 years to complete. 所以complete后面不应该再加 it了。

我开始也是这么觉得的 但是看到别的论坛一个人分析的也挺有道理的
说的是要么是the army.. and it took... to complete
要么是the army...and took ...to complete it..
我就继续迷惑了。。
