正确答案是D. 可是我不懂，选D的话，句子不会不完整吗？主语是谁？for又是由谁来发出的？如果这里for所引导的句子是表原因的话，for前面可以用逗号隔开？！太纠结了~ 还有就是A选项的 in that ,OG解释说 i n that is overly normal. 我就不明白了，overly formal是太正式的意思吗？如果是，那越正式的单词越可以用啊，GMAT不都是要用正式的词语而不用口语化的词吗？ 至于B选项，我知道它有问题，可是不知道是哪里有问题，哪位牛牛能再好心的帮我解答一下B哪里错了，谢谢啦！！！作者: chasedreamjj 时间: 2010-8-28 20:10
这里for所引导的句子是表原因的话，for前面当然可以用逗号隔开。for表示原因时，置于主句之后,表示非直接的随后附加说明的理由或推断理由。如： She didn’t go to school, for she was ill.作者: 719870465 时间: 2010-10-7 17:42
in that, for, because都能引导从句表示因为，但是in that 在gmat语法里面过于做作正式，不好。for和because都对，个人认为because是最好的，是最简洁最不会引起误会的。另外注意，一个没有生命的物体用所有格不是很恰当，最好用of或者用n+n的形式（名词修饰名词）。所以，我认为the festival month就很正确，干吗要加“'s”？作者: 719870465 时间: 2010-10-7 17:48
不好意思，我又想了想。刚才说的有一点不合适，不是无生命的东西不能有“'s”。没有生命的东西照样可以用's比如：Earth's poles重点是，'s后面的东西是不是n的，mouth不是festival的，错了，pole是earth的，对了。
