题意应该是航班延误率，或延误的航班数量增加，所以才用an increase of 55 percent in delays ，表示一个量的增长 但C中的...a 55 percent increase in delay at airports and prompt. 不清楚，不知道是使航班的延误时间增加了55%, 还是延误的航班数量。且它用的单数，如果可能则只可能指延误时间。而这只对一个航班才比较说得过去的。但可想而知，不太合理。因为既然影响到整个air-traffic系统，那就不止一个航班了，所以.....呵呵~作者: yx3 时间: 2010-10-4 22:36
