B:
1.从其他选项可得知，delay是可数名词（ADE皆出现delays复数形式），故55% more delay单数不恰当，应改为55% more delays
2.more delay语义有歧义：可能是delay的频率增加，也可能是delay的时间增加，也可能是delay的次数增加…………不如选项E中increase in delays表数量来的清晰。其余两种可能可表示为：increase in frequency of delays & increase in lasting of delays.清晰明确。

more一般都是跟than搭配使用吧

意思不对。没有MORE DELAY 这种说法的。只有DELAY增加了的说法。意思不明确所以E 对
