个人理解是：
第一句话铺垫背景，基本没有用
野生的emmer wheat只在SA strip 上被找到，而最早被发现的种植的emmer wheat 也在 SA strip，所以 emmer wheat 最早被种植是在 SA strip.

D是支持

可是我还是不是特明白为什么天气状况没咋变就strengthen了呢？

原文的ASSUMPTION就是说因为在SA上有野生的EMMER, 所以最早发现的种植的EMMER很可能是人们从野生的EMMER那继承来的，如果对D取非，在人们种植之前（argreculture），气候有了很大的变化，即暗示野生的EMMER 很可能不存在了，那么得出的结论就有争议了

顶楼上，多谢解答，我是没看清题目里的cultivated wheat ，还在想，如果不容易被种植，那么野生发现的再早也不一定有用啊，所以就选了B 。
