我想问的是关于E选项的解释
E选项除了 The fact wordy 以外 就是D选项的形式主语还原后的句子
之前只知道形式主语还原后有头重脚轻的后果但是OG解释说
the inverted construction does not successfully convey the meaning of the sentence
说的是形式主语还原后改变句意？？

嗯，不会改变的，但是不要加别的东西，比如E里加了fact，就不仅仅是单纯的还原了。
D的还原应该是：That educators are at fault for not anticipating the impact of microcomputer technology can hardly be said.

说的这个就不是个fact，不能用the fact that... can hardly be said ，汉语这样讲也不通啊。

句子本意上其实没有特意突出 educators are at fault for not anticipating the impact of microcomputer technology这个事情，我读题目的时候觉得前面和后面部分很平衡。
但是当用E时，感觉前面部分疑问THE FACT 被突出很多，平衡被打破了
