把论坛里以前讨论这题的贴都搜出来看了，但是没有一个贴很清楚地回答了C为什么错。很多贴都说是平行结构，问题是the ability to avoid and (instead) to come in那里不平行了？先谢谢啦~

OG上解释的挺清楚啊 earlier in the year应该是修饰many had feared 如果C的话 修饰的是something something指的是recession 意思改变了啊 而后面的 “, and instead" 感觉怪怪的 ", and"给人的感觉好像是和前面的句子是并列关系 而且貌似“and"和"instead"在一起不太常见啊作者: xuyingkitty 时间: 2010-8-14 15:27

and 和 instead 可以一起用 这题答案不就是 and instead 么 我以前以为instead就有连词词性呢 结果今天一查 只有adv 除了之前提到的原因外 我也看不出别的了 希望nn们出面帮帮忙啊 还有就是感觉a的"year and instead" 和 c的"feared, and instead" 一个逗号之差 貌似 and 的作用不太一样呢 不知道是不是错觉作者: maotian 时间: 2010-8-20 00:26
再问一个问题，在A选项里，the enonomy will avoid the recession that many had feared earlier in the year，为什么用过去完成时？而不是现在完成时（考虑到前面的will)或过去时？ 翻了以前讨论这个问题的帖子，都没有看见大家对这个有疑问，请问该怎么理解呢？作者: YangC515 时间: 2010-8-20 10:56
如果是to come 和to avoid 平行，他们就都是跟在have the ability后面的平行，但是instead to come 是表示的一种现实发生的事情而不是表示有能力转变 PS: 最后一句followed by a gradual increase in business activity 是修饰soft landing 的还是the gains in the stock market 得啊？如果是修饰soft landing语法上怎么解释啊？
