那个they 指的是啥啊 如果是advise that 哪干嘛加个they 还是那个that 是修饰 women of color 的？？？？ 好奇怪啊

是这样啊，结构是advise sb. that...，that的作用是引出宾语从句，也即advise的内容，这个内容和sb.是动词advise的双宾语；they就近指代sb.，也即women of color。OK？
