答案是C，
问题1：them不应该优先指astronomers么？复数代词什么时候就近指代，什么时候指主句主语？？？？？
问题2：circling应该是指planets，但是prep解释说most of them at least as large as Jupiter是插入语，去掉后，circling直接跟在planets后，但doing的用法是指主句主语或主句一句话，没有说就近指代的。
