我是这么想的－－ 反对者的意思是累进税公平一点，因为让收入高的人承担更高的税。而统一税的支持者就说，因为各种个样的deduction, exemption, credit 等等，使得累进税高的人实际交的税率低于低收入的人。而D就是后面这句话的改写。 不知道对不对作者: geniussy321 时间: 2010-8-9 12:00
哦 你的意思是 它后面说的话指代的现行税制是累进税，所以那些deduction都是相对累进税而言，因而实际上累进税是不公平的...所以要换扁平税...谢谢啦！作者: wangsiwei 时间: 2010-8-9 12:16
