1。A用pay 和workers相比较，错。 2。B比较简洁，而且D中的SO指代什么呢？ 3。logging 与surface fire并列，改成定从之后修饰对象更明确。 4。D改变了原句重心。原句重点在于4 million to 6 million of the 100 million votes cast were not counted，而不是voting equipment, confusing ballots, voter error, and problems at polling places。
