标题: 求助：关于percent+n 谓语动词单复数的问题
prep笔记上说the percent of +可数名词复数形式, 谓语动词用复数
那么one percent of +可数名词复数，后面谓语动词用单数还是用复数？

XDF老师说percent/分数+of+名词，谓语的单复数跟名词的单复数一致
好像没有one percent of 吧，我反正没见过

我是查percent的帖子的时候，看到这个里面写的例句。

情况不同用法不同。
50 percent of 200 students have completed the course.
1 percent of 50 students has completed the course.
同意愁予，as much as 确实表明要用单数，后面用 shatters and falls.20 percent of the stern material是不可数。

我觉得不太对阿~
如果1 percent of 50 students has completed the course.
那么0.5 percent of 50 students后面应该怎么接?
我基本上还是认同PREP笔记上的, X percent of +可数名词复数形式, 谓语动词用复数,X为任意数
GOOGLE了一下: One percent of U.S. children have autism.
