答案:A
我选了B，我觉得那种fat既然会阻碍维生素的吸收，那么如果在有FAT的食物里没有维生素，那么FAT的这种副作用在实际生活中也不么会有什么影响。
选A的话，多多摄入维生素是否能够补偿FAT的副作用，我总觉得怎么看怎么不靠谱儿啊。
另外我想问问题目中的the columnist's position指的是,it does have a serious drawback吗？？

同意你的最后一句话。
B不对因为这些吃人工fat的人不能吃天然的fat，所以人工fat也无从吸收V了。
而且你想的有点多，逻辑虽然有时候会比较绕，但是绝对不会出结论的范围的。这个题的逻辑重心就是－－因为人工F吸收V，所以不要用F。如果weaken的话，就会说V会通过别的方式得到，所以不会有影响。
不知道说明白了没有。

那为什么正确答案是A 呢？怎么看都不太对啊。

谢谢楼上的楼上，我想我明白了，你看看我这样理解对吗？:
人工FAT的副作用是阻止维生素的吸收，所以C建议人们还是避免使用这种人工的FAT.但是如果A的条件成立，也就是说多摄取维生素能够弥补人工FAT的这种副作用，那么也就削弱了C的建议。而如果A的条件不成立，那么C的建议就被加强了
至于B，现在看看，确实不对，反正都不能吃FAT了，那么FAT里有没有维生素也就无所谓了。
