我做的时候在B&E之间徘徊，最终觉得E说花大价钱修路是因为原来的道路系统不足，但现在可以是已经花钱修好了，所以不能够削弱spokesperson啊。所以我选了B。虽然感觉B有点跳跃。

我觉得应该选E
逻辑链是：政府官员说在过去六年咱花在这个路上的钱比其他州的都多————所以你们这些没出过州的人别老说不好不好的
简而言之，就是官员说钱花得多，这个路就好
题目问削弱
E答案很明显也很清楚，只有坏的路才要花钱多
B答案无关，没有再讨论路充足的重要性

楼主想多了，州长说花了很多钱修路不代表路就修好了。这个题有点偷换概念。做生意的人说的是路不好，官员在打搽边球说花了很多钱修路。如果要weaken，就要说明这两个东西不一样，既花钱多不等于路好。

有人可以再解释下D为什么不对么？我的理解是因为道路是否充足和本土的人数有关。所以即使修很多，假设这个地方人多那么也还是不adequate. 是不是因为这个理解是要推理出来的，不如E说的直接？？
