答案是C我的问题是C中的IT IS 我认为是无中生有，我选的是B，我知道这道题目考察的是比较结构，可C的IT IS真的不能让人接受啊？

可能的误解A rise makes the health more robust than (the rise made the health) five years ago.

所以加it is，限制在宾补的比较。

我还是觉得应该选A，GWD1-16就是类似的题，最终大家认为A的it was,it指代不明，因为可以指主语，也可以指后面的宾语

同问：为什么Ａ错？我的想法是, C项中的it指代虽然明确, 但是A项更简洁, 也强调了比较的是状语.
