我的理解是unanimity>a high degree of international accord 如果accord是完全无异议，一致的话就不用加a high degree了，这个地方既然加了就表明只是高度的一致，而不等同于完全无异议（unanimity)作者: 天使追梦 时间: 2010-8-25 13:53
