两个疑问：

1、这里turn over巍什么不用被动形式，是固定的用法吗？

2，这里D改成how frequently the inventory turn over are often对不对，主要是这里的are对不对，还是应该用is

turn over是固定用法

turn over
v.
打翻, 营业额达到, 周转, 移交给, 反复考虑, 翻身, 折腾, 翻阅

这里是“周转”的意思

红线部分是主语，故主谓一致，应该用复数形式；D主要问题还是因为不应该用被动语态，且often多余

此题解法：

ABC中用frequency违反了平行原则；BC中is导致主谓不一致，故错；D错用被动语态，often多余
