为什么是B我觉得B的意思改变了原来的意思，BUDGET没有表达呀

A为什么不对？

i suppose A is wordy. And "in regard to " is weird expression here, "on " is more idiomatic to modify position--here position means "opinion"or "standpoint"

恩，明白。谢谢dadada，我想你和Xandria说的意思就是这里看来主要错误就是在position的表达上了。

只是我想了一下budget有好几种，去掉是不是改变句意

刚才看了一下大全注释，说得是

the deficit明显指代the budget deficit。可以认为是一种省略的说法，利率的上升主要跟budget deficit有关。

看来只能这样理解budget在这里的省略了
