我个人看法哈 A， may simply be a reaction to certain medications 从语义上应该是修饰insomnia失眠症，该选项是作为problem的同位语从句（这俺不敢确定是同位语还是定语╮(╯▽╰)╭）
同上一个筒子说的，这里may simply be不顺
